Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Land Surveyor

to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

roads and infrastructure projects

within the UAE, with strong technical knowledge of surveying instruments, site layout, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys for infrastructure and road projects. Set out, check, and verify alignment and levels according to approved drawings and project requirements. Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels. Prepare survey reports, sketches, and records with accurate data for engineering and construction use. Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to ensure proper implementation of design and layout. Verify subcontractor works and assist in resolving site-level discrepancies. Maintain organized records of all survey data and ensure compliance with company QA/QC standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum

2 to 3 years of UAE experience

in

roads and infrastructure projects

. Proficiency in using total station, GPS, AutoCAD, and other relevant surveying software. Strong understanding of project drawings, coordinates, and benchmarks. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure. Detail-oriented and precise in measurements and reporting. Team player with strong problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
