Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct topographic, boundary, and site surveys. Establish control points and benchmarks on site. Perform layout and staking for roads, buildings, and infrastructure. Verify levels, alignments, and dimensions during construction. Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings, and field notes. Analyze survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software. Collaborate with engineers and project managers on site layouts. Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Operate, calibrate, and maintain GPS, total stations, and leveling instruments. Manage digital data storage and backups for survey information.
Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering. Professional Surveyor license or certification (preferred). 2-5 years' experience in construction or land surveying. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software. Skilled in GPS, total stations, and leveling equipment. Knowledge of local land laws and boundary regulations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
