The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land areas to determine property boundaries, topography, and construction layouts. This role ensures that all construction activities are executed according to design specifications, legal boundaries, and project plans. The Land Surveyor works closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
field surveys
to establish legal boundaries, site layouts, and reference points for construction projects.
Prepare and maintain
survey reports, maps, and site plans
using CAD or GIS software.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs are properly translated into site layouts.
Monitor and report
site elevation, grading, and alignment
to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure consistent accuracy.
Resolve discrepancies between design plans and actual site conditions.
Ensure all work complies with
local regulations, codes, and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in a construction environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in surveying software
