Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, preparing survey reports, and supporting civil and construction projects with precise measurements and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys and site measurements using modern surveying equipment and techniques. Prepare and maintain accurate maps, plans, and records of surveyed areas. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey data for project planning and execution. Ensure compliance with UAE surveying standards and legal requirements. Identify and document any discrepancies or issues on-site and report them to the project manager. Assist in the preparation of tender documents, reports, and project proposals as needed. Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper calibration and functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of land surveying experience in the UAE. Proficient in using surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Dumpy Level and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). Strong knowledge of UAE surveying standards and regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
