Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, #706, 7th floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys to determine precise locations, boundaries, and elevations. Prepare detailed maps, plots, and survey plans using advanced surveying equipment and software. Collect, analyze, and interpret field data for construction, design, and legal purposes. Ensure all surveys comply with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate survey data. Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment. Prepare survey reports, records, and documentation for project planning and execution. Resolve discrepancies in survey data and ensure high accuracy in measurements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field. Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a land surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred). Proficiency in surveying equipment (total stations, GPS, levels) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS). Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of UAE survey regulations and DEWA or local municipality requirements. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Job Type: Full-time
