Land Surveyor Lead
Location:

Mogadishu, Somalia

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead surveying operations for the entire project.
? Oversee site measurements, boundary assessments, and topographical surveys.
? Ensure accuracy in mapping, layout planning, and geospatial data collection.
? Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
? Ensure compliance with international surveying standards and regulations.
? Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software for data analysis.
? Prepare detailed reports, maps, and survey documents.
? Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering . Master's degree in a related field .
Experience:

10+ years in land surveying, with leadership in large-scale projects. Proven experience in luxury hotel or commercial building projects. Preferred: Work experience in Africa.
Certifications:

Mandatory: Licensed Professional Surveyor (PLS) or equivalent certification. Preferred: Membership in a recognized surveying body (e.g., RICS, NSPS). Plus: GIS and Remote Sensing expertise.
