Job Description

:

Falcon Survey Engineering Consultants is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyors to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in land and construction surveying, be proficient in using modern surveying instruments, and possess strong technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

field surveys

and site inspections for construction, infrastructure, and land development projects. Operate surveying equipment including

Total Stations, GPS, Auto Levels, and Digital Theodolites

. Collect and analyze data for

topographic, boundary, and construction surveys

. Prepare accurate survey reports, sketches, and field notes. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure precise implementation. Set out and mark structures and reference points on the ground. Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment regularly. Ensure compliance with

UAE surveying regulations

and project specifications. Assist in preparing and checking

CAD drawings and survey plans

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Land Surveyor (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of

surveying tools, techniques, and instruments

. Familiarity with

AutoCAD

,

Civil 3D

, and other survey software is an advantage. Diploma or Degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering

, or related field. Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
