We are looking for a qualified

Land Surveyor

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects. You will play a key role in defining legal boundaries and supporting engineering and architectural planning.

Responsibilities:

Perform land and topographic surveys using GPS, total stations, and related equipment Prepare site plans, legal boundary documents, and survey drawings Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on project requirements Analyze data and ensure accuracy in measurements and legal compliance Mark property boundaries and provide site layout for construction projects Use AutoCAD and other software for preparing and reviewing drawings Maintain survey records and documentation in line with company and legal standards

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a land surveyor or similar role Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS) Good understanding of local land regulations and boundary laws Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Valid surveying licenses

Experience:

[1-3 years] of relevant experience preferred (Swimming Pool & Landscaping), but fresh graduates with strong skills are also welcome to apply.
