Osiris Contracting LLC is a contracting company. We are expanding our operations and are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to support our site surveys, material extraction, and project development processes.

Job Summary

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys of quarry sites, factory locations, and installation projects. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, defining precise boundaries, and producing survey plans to support marble extraction, transport, fabrication, and installation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for quarry, factory, and installation sites. Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, horizontal and vertical references. Use surveying equipment (Total Station) for data collection. Prepare survey plans, maps, contour profiles, as-built drawings, and reports. Verify designs with survey data; check and validate measurements, alignments, grades. Ensure protection and accurate documentation of existing features, utilities, and structures. Work closely with site engineers, project managers, fabrication teams, and installation crews to ensure survey data fits operational needs. Maintain and calibrate survey instruments; ensure all equipment is functioning accurately. Produce final deliverables in CAD formats; maintain field notes and records. Adhere to safety procedures and UAE regulations in fieldwork.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field. (Diploma may be considered with significantly more experience.) Minimum

2?4 years

of relevant land surveying experience; experience in contracting & Deep Foundation Works. Proficient in use of surveying instruments: Total Station, levels. Strong skills in software: AutoCAD. Good understanding of local regulations, boundary laws, and land/title documentation in the UAE. Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
