Job Description
:
Falcon Survey Engineering Consultants is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyors to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in land and construction surveying, be proficient in using modern surveying instruments, and possess strong technical and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
field surveys
and site inspections for construction, infrastructure, and land development projects. Operate surveying equipment includingTotal Stations, GPS, Auto Levels, and Digital Theodolites
. Collect and analyze data fortopographic, boundary, and construction surveys
. Prepare accurate survey reports, sketches, and field notes. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure precise implementation. Set out and mark structures and reference points on the ground. Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment regularly. Ensure compliance withUAE surveying regulations
and project specifications. Assist in preparing and checkingCAD drawings and survey plans
.Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Land Surveyor (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge ofsurveying tools, techniques, and instruments
. Familiarity withAutoCAD
,Civil 3D
, and other survey software is an advantage. Diploma or Degree inSurveying, Civil Engineering
, or related field. Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Any Nationalities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
