Job Description

:

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within interior fit-out, joinery, or construction projects, to join our ongoing project in Iraq.

The ideal candidate must be

willing to relocate to Iraq

and will play a key role in providing precise site measurements, layout, and survey data to support our project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate land and building measurements using surveying instruments Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to assist with layout Prepare and maintain survey data, maps, reports, and documentation Conduct as-built surveys and site verification for joinery/fit-out elements Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams Ensure compliance with project plans, tolerances, and specifications

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land surveying Prior experience in fit-out, joinery, or interior construction projects is a strong advantage Proficient in using total station, GPS, and AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus) Strong understanding of leveling, layout, and site setting-out techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Willing to relocate to Iraq immediately

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
