Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate field surveys, preparing detailed maps and reports, and providing essential data for engineering, construction, and land development projects. You will work with advanced surveying tools and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys and measurements using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying equipment Collect and analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and features Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide precise data Verify and interpret survey results for accuracy and legal compliance Use CAD and GIS software to produce detailed survey drawings Research land records, previous surveys, and legal documents Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and environmental regulations during fieldwork Monitor and maintain survey equipment and tools

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar role Strong understanding of surveying methods, tools, and legal boundaries Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or related software Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites Licensure or certification as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with drone survey technology and 3D modeling Strong communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
