Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Surveyor

to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have

at least 5 years of experience in the UAE

, with a deep understanding of

land surveying, construction layouts, authority regulations, and NOC processes

. This role requires precision, field expertise, and coordination with engineering and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed

topographic and construction surveys

for building layouts, excavation, and setting out. Ensure

accurate site measurements

for foundations, structures, utilities, and finishing works. Verify and align site benchmarks and control points in accordance with approved IFC drawings. Coordinate with

project engineers, consultants, and authority representatives

during inspections and approvals. Prepare and maintain comprehensive

survey reports, as-built drawings, and data records

. Support the submission and follow-up of

NOC applications from relevant authorities

such as: Dubai Municipality (DM) RTA (Roads & Transport Authority) DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority) Etisalat / DU Trakhees (for Dubai Island projects) Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) Conduct joint surveys with consultants and third-party verifiers as required. Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level). Supervise assistant surveyors and ensure survey works align with project timelines.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum

5 years of relevant UAE experience

, preferably on high-rise buildings or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of

Dubai construction regulations

,

authority permitting processes

, and

NOC coordination

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

Civil 3D

, and surveying software/equipment. Familiar with

Trakhees

,

Nakheel

, and

Dubai Island authority

procedures (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Dubai Island A or other Nakheel-managed developments.

Trakhees or DEWA approved Surveyor certification.

Experience working on projects involving infrastructure or utility interface (Etisalat, DU, drainage).

Auto CAD Civil 3D certification or equivalent.

Familiarity with high-quality project reporting and authority coordination.

Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
