Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced

Land Surveyor

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, mapping, and measurements to determine property boundaries, construction layouts, and topographic details. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in using surveying tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land and topographic surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying instruments. Establish legal property boundaries and prepare detailed site plans and survey reports. Interpret construction drawings and assist in setting out sites and projects. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions and survey data. Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations. Update and maintain survey records and documentation. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering. Minimum of 4 years and above, proven experience in land or construction surveying. Proficient in surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.). Experience with survey software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar tools). Strong understanding of surveying techniques, legal boundaries, and site layout. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in infrastructure or construction projects within the UAE. Knowledge of local land regulations and municipality requirements. Membership or certification with a recognized Surveying body is an advantage.
