Land Surveyor
Job Description
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise land surveys for piling and enabling works projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Collaborate with project teams to identify survey requirements and develop survey plans
- Utilize surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data, and prepare detailed reports and drawings
- Verify and validate survey data to ensure accuracy and quality
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure survey data is accurately translated into construction layouts
- Identify and resolve any survey-related issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Develop and implement survey methodologies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior surveyors and contribute to the development of the surveying team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on piling and enabling works
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Proficiency in surveying software and technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
