Job Description

We are seeking skilled

Land / Building Surveyors

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land, buildings, and infrastructure to provide accurate data for construction, legal, and development purposes. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and planning authorities to support projects from planning to completion.

Conduct all types of land surveying, including topographical, boundary, and setting-out for structural and finishing works. Interpret and work with drawings, site plans, and architectural/structural layouts. Perform site inspections and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for high-rise structures. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related discrepancies. Maintain accurate field notes, survey data, and daily logs of activities and deviations. Ensure all surveying instruments are properly calibrated and maintained. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC for approvals.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Geomatics or a related field Proven experience in land or building surveying (2-5+ years preferred) Proficiency in

AutoCAD

Civil 3D

GIS

, or similar software is an added advantage Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong communication and project management abilities
