Job Description

We are Paramount International Contracting Company, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land boundaries, preparing accurate survey reports, and providing essential data to support engineering, construction, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare site plans. Operate surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, levels, and other equipment. Analyze survey data and prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate site layouts. Verify and record survey results, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Mark and stake boundaries, reference points, and construction layouts on-site. Ensure surveys comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Requirements:

A Certified Land Surveyor. Proven UAE working experience as a Land Surveyor. Extensive knowledge of the operating area. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A valid driver's license. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
