Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Land Surveyor

with UAE experience to carry out surveying work on construction sites, ensuring accurate measurements for design layouts, boundaries, and construction execution. The candidate must be familiar with UAE regulations and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and set out construction works according to approved drawings. Verify land boundaries and topographic data using GPS, Total Station, and other instruments. Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy of levels and alignments. Maintain detailed survey records, drawings, and reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority standards. Assist with as-built surveys and final handover documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in construction surveying. Proficient with surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level). Knowledge of CAD and surveying software.
