key duties and responsibilities for a Land Surveyor with 5-10 years of experience in Piling and Enabling Works:

Key Duties:

1. Piling layout and setup: Ensure accurate setting out of piling works, verifying positions, and alignments.

2. Monitoring and quality control: Oversee piling operations, identifying deviations from design specs, and reporting issues.

3. Data collection and analysis: Collect and analyze survey data, providing insights to support project decisions.

4. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with piling contractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve survey-related issues.

5. Ensuring compliance: Verify that piling works adhere to engineering plans, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading survey teams: Supervise and guide survey teams to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.

2. Managing survey equipment: Oversee the use, maintenance, and calibration of survey equipment.

3. Providing technical expertise: Offer technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and other project teams.

4. Reporting and documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely survey reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.

5. Problem-solving and troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex survey-related issues, collaborating with project teams as needed.

1. 5-10 years of experience: Proven track record in piling and enabling works, with a strong understanding of survey principles and practices.
