Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Land Surveyor

with a

Diploma in Civil Engineering

and a strong working knowledge of

RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) standards

. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting infrastructure and facility maintenance projects by performing accurate land and site surveys that inform planning, design, and execution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land and topographic surveys using industry-standard instruments such as

Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD tools

. Interpret survey data and provide detailed reports, maps, and layouts to support engineering and project teams. Ensure all survey activities align with

RTA regulations and specifications

. Coordinate with project engineers and contractors to ensure proper implementation of survey data. Maintain up-to-date records of site measurements and survey data. Ensure compliance with

Dubai Municipality

and other relevant local authority procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field

. Minimum

3-5 years of professional surveying experience

, preferably within the

UAE

.

Prior experience with RTA projects or familiarity with RTA regulations is mandatory

. Proficient in the use of

surveying instruments

and

AutoCAD

. Familiarity with procedures and requirements of

Dubai Municipality

and other UAE authorities is an advantage.

Valid UAE driving license

is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both

independently and collaboratively

. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
