Job Description

Waylinks Contracting seeks an experienced land Surveyor with minimum 2 year experience in UAE to work in one of its many projects. We specialise in Road contracting, Earthworks, Drainage Works, Pipeline works and we are looking to expand our growing team soon.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in using modern surveying instruments, including Total Stations, and will possess strong computer skills, particularly in AutoCAD. Conduct field surveys and measurements to establish property boundaries. Use surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels to gather data. Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and legal descriptions. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide accurate site data. Ensure compliance with local regulations and land use laws. Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy in measurements. Verify calculations and resolve discrepancies in survey data. Assist in preparing cost estimates and project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or engineering projects. Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and CAD software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret maps, blueprints, and legal property descriptions. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with local land laws and zoning regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
