The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in accurately measuring and mapping land features to support various construction projects. This role demands strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct precise land surveys using modern surveying equipment and technology. - Interpret and analyze survey data to prepare maps, plots, and legal documents. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate topographical information. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during surveying activities. - Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations of survey findings for stakeholders. - Travel to various construction sites within Dubai to perform field surveys as necessary.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East. - Proficiency with surveying tools such as GPS, Total Stations, and AutoCAD software. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Knowledge of local land and construction regulations and safety practices. - Willingness to work on-site and in varying outdoor conditions.
