We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in various projects, conducting precise measurements and providing essential data for construction, engineering, and land development initiatives.

Conduct accurate land surveys for diverse projects, including infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data efficiently Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide critical survey information Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for all surveying activities Perform quality checks and verify the accuracy of survey data Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance Resolve discrepancies or issues related to land boundaries, elevations, or other surveying aspects Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies Manage and mentor junior surveyors, fostering a collaborative team environment Participate in project planning meetings and provide expert advice on surveying matters

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor Minimum of 8 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on infrastructure projects Proven expertise in using advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology Proficiency in specialized surveying software and data analysis tools Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Dubai and the UAE Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Physical stamina to perform fieldwork in various environmental conditions Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Valid driver's license Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
