This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse developments, utilizing advanced surveying technology and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your Responsibilities : Carry out land, topographical, and boundary surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct area measurements, lease plans, and property assessments. Utilize 3D laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, and underground utilities mapping. Prepare and verify survey data, calculations, and documentation. Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors. Interpret planning requirements and consult on project specifications. Ensure surveys adhere to industry standards and local regulations. Maintain detailed records, charts, and technical reports. What Were Looking For : A qualification in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience in topographical, boundary, and engineering surveys. Proficiency in surveying software (Autodesk, Pix4D, Agisoft, Leica, DJI, etc.). Strong skills in data collection, mapping, and report preparation. Knowledge of cultural heritage surveys is an advantage. A valid driving license is preferred. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
