We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate field surveys, preparing survey reports, and providing essential data that will inform engineering and construction decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys for construction sites. Establish control points and benchmarks for construction works. Prepare and maintain survey data, drawings, maps, and records. Perform leveling, setting out, and alignment checks according to design drawings. Verify the accuracy of survey data and calculations before use in construction. Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and contractors to ensure correct implementation of design. Monitor and record the as-built conditions of completed works. Use GPS, total station, and other surveying instruments efficiently. Ensure all survey work complies with company standards and project specifications. Maintain calibration of instruments and proper documentation of survey records. Support quantity take-off and site measurement for progress verification.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects (preferably in Qatar). Proficient in using surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software. Strong understanding of site layout, coordinate systems, and leveling principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
