Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in surveying land, preparing accurate measurements, and ensuring precise alignment of construction projects according to engineering and architectural plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys for construction projects using total stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying tools. Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, sketches, maps, and layouts. Establish and mark control points and reference lines for construction activities. Verify measurements and calculations to ensure accuracy of site plans and designs. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers to provide accurate data for project execution. Inspect and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment. Adhere to safety standards and company procedures during all surveying activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the

construction industry

, preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and level instruments. Knowledge of AutoCAD and other surveying software is an advantage. Strong understanding of construction drawings, site layouts, and topographic data. Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
