to join our UAE-based team. The successful candidate will conduct accurate land and topographic surveys in support of construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with UAE regulations and local site conditions is essential. A valid UAE driver's license is required due to the mobile nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field surveys using
Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments
to collect spatial data.
Prepare and analyze
survey drawings, topographic maps, and site layout plans
.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure survey data aligns with project specifications.
Establish
property boundaries, site benchmarks, and reference points
on active job sites.
Process and interpret survey data using
AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other CAD tools
.
Verify field measurements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain high accuracy in documentation.
Ensure compliance with
UAE surveying laws, codes, and construction standards
.
Stay updated on the latest surveying equipment, software, and methodologies.
Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on land surveying experience in the UAE.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Civil 3D
, and modern surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station).
Ability to interpret civil and architectural drawings.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, time management, and effective communication.
License:
Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
