with a valid UAE driving license to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform land and topographic surveys, measure and map land features, and provide accurate data for planning, design, and construction projects. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and familiarity with modern surveying equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
Collect and analyze survey data using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying instruments.
Prepare accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey data.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide survey data for design and construction purposes.
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
Resolve discrepancies and provide recommendations for site-related issues.
Keep detailed records of fieldwork, measurements, and calculations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
Proficiency in survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS applications.
Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, instruments, and geospatial principles.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on challenging terrain.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
