Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to support our engineering and construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in land and topographic surveys, strong technical knowledge of surveying instruments, and familiarity with UAE site conditions and regulations. A valid UAE driving license is preferred to facilitate travel between project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Survey Execution

Conduct precise land and topographic field surveys using GPS, Total Station, and automatic levels.

Mapping & Layouts

Prepare, review, and interpret survey drawings, topographical maps, and site layouts based on collected data.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.

Site Markings

Set out property boundaries, elevation benchmarks, gridlines, and reference points on construction sites.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze spatial data and generate detailed survey reports, plans, and records using

AutoCAD

and

Civil 3D

.

Quality Assurance

Verify, adjust, and validate survey data to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and reliability.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all surveying activities comply with

UAE laws

zoning regulations

, and

construction standards

.

Technology Integration

Stay current with advancements in surveying tools, software, and best practices to improve work efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Surveying

,

Civil Engineering

, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of

UAE-based land surveying experience

.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Civil 3D

, and surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, etc.). Strong ability to read and interpret

architectural and civil drawings

.

Other Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team environment.

License:

Valid UAE Driver's License

preferred.
