Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

Land Surveyor

with proven experience in

land and facade surveying

within the UAE. This role is vital in ensuring precise data collection and analysis for land development, construction layouts, and building envelope assessments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in modern surveying technologies, well-versed in UAE building and zoning codes, and capable of producing accurate and reliable documentation for engineering, legal, and design purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Land & Facade Surveying

Conduct land, topographic, and facade surveys, capturing precise measurements of boundaries, elevations, and structural alignments. Utilize advanced surveying instruments including

Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, laser scanners, and drones

for data acquisition. Perform

verticality and deviation analysis

on facades, particularly for complex or high-rise structures.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Process field data to prepare survey maps, CAD drawings, and detailed technical reports. Interpret

legal property descriptions

, zoning regulations, and architectural/site drawings. Ensure compliance with

UAE municipal codes, survey standards, and project specifications

.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with

architects, engineers, and construction teams

to align survey results with project requirements. Maintain accurate and organized field records, logs, and digital data archives. Provide

on-site verification

and layout checks during construction phases.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum

5 years

of land and facade surveying experience in the

UAE

. Strong understanding of

local construction methods, zoning rules, and land-use regulations

.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with

Total Stations, GNSS/GPS systems, laser scanners, UAV/drone surveying

, and thermal imaging tools. Strong command of

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS

, and specialized surveying software.

Analytical & Communication Abilities

Excellent

spatial analysis, accuracy, and problem-solving

skills. Ability to interpret complex engineering and zoning documents. Professional written and verbal communication for report writing and coordination.

Licensing

Valid UAE Driving License
