We are seeking an experienced
Land Surveyor
to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in surveying, setting out, and preparing accurate site data for construction projects. Avalid UAE Driving License
is mandatory for this position.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys using total station, GPS, and other instruments. Set out coordinates and levels according to project drawings and specifications. Prepare and maintain survey reports, field notes, and maps. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accurate project execution. Verify and adjust survey instruments and equipment for precision. Ensure all surveying work complies with local regulations and project requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in land surveying within the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD, GPS, and Total Station (Leica, Trimble, etc.). Strong knowledge of site setting-out and coordinate systems.Valid UAE Driving License
is required. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Benefits:
