Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

Land Surveyor

with a strong background in

land and facade surveying

within the UAE. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting for land development, construction planning, and facade inspections. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise with modern surveying equipment, a strong understanding of UAE construction and zoning regulations, and the ability to deliver precise and actionable survey documentation to support project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Land & Facade Surveying

Conduct detailed

land, topographic, and facade surveys

, including boundaries, elevations, and alignments. Operate and maintain advanced surveying instruments such as

Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, laser scanners, and drones

. Assess building facades for

verticality, alignment, and structural deviation

, particularly in high-rise or facade envelope systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Compile and analyze field data to produce

technical drawings, survey maps, and comprehensive reports

. Interpret

legal descriptions, zoning documents, and architectural drawings

to resolve boundary or property issues. Ensure survey data complies with

UAE building codes, safety standards, and project goals

.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with

architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities

to integrate survey results into project designs. Maintain accurate records, including

field notes, digital logs, and survey documentation

for compliance and audit purposes. Provide

on-site verification and technical guidance

during project execution phases.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of land and/or facade surveying experience in the UAE

.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise with

Total Stations, GPS/GNSS devices, laser scanning, drones, and thermal imaging tools

. Skilled in

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS platforms

, and other survey-related software.

Analytical Abilities:

Strong problem-solving skills with high accuracy in

spatial analysis

and interpretation of site plans.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.

Licensing:

Valid UAE

Surveying License/Certification

(if required by local authorities).
