Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled

Land Surveyor

with proven experience in land and facade surveying within the UAE. This critical role supports accurate data acquisition for land development, construction layout, and building envelope assessments. The ideal candidate will be adept with modern surveying tools, familiar with UAE building and zoning codes, and capable of producing reliable survey documentation for design, legal, and construction teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesLand & Facade Surveying

Perform land, topographic, and facade surveys, capturing precise measurements of boundaries, elevations, and structural alignments. Utilize advanced surveying instruments including

Total Stations

,

GPS/GNSS

,

laser scanners

, and

drones

for accurate data collection. Conduct verticality and deviation analysis of building facades, particularly on complex or high-rise architectural features.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Compile and process field data to produce

survey maps

,

technical drawings

, and

detailed reports

for engineering and planning use. Interpret legal property descriptions, zoning documents, and architectural/site plans. Ensure all survey outputs comply with relevant

UAE regulations

municipal codes

, and

project specifications

Project Coordination

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment between survey data and project requirements. Maintain organized, auditable records including

. Provide on-site verification and guidance during construction to ensure accuracy in layout and elevation.

Key Skills & QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree in

Surveying

Civil Engineering

Architecture

, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum

5 years

of relevant land and facade surveying experience in the

UAE
