Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Land Surveyor

with a strong background in surveying practices and specialized experience in

facade inspections

within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be proficient with advanced survey technologies, knowledgeable about UAE construction codes and regulations, and capable of producing precise, detailed survey reports for diverse land development and building inspection projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land and topographic surveys to accurately determine property boundaries, elevations, distances, and angles. Operate advanced surveying equipment including

Total Stations, GPS systems, and Laser Scanners

to gather high-precision data. Prepare detailed maps, reports, and drawings based on survey data for use in construction, planning, and legal documentation. Analyze legal documents, maps, and land records to resolve boundary or ownership disputes. Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE land use laws, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate application of survey data throughout project execution. Maintain thorough field notes, records, and documentation of survey work for audit and reference purposes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or a related discipline. Minimum of

5 years of professional experience

within the UAE, with roles encompassing both land and facade surveying. Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, building regulations, and land zoning laws. Proficiency in the operation of surveying equipment such as

Total Stations, GPS, laser scanners

, and inspection tools including

drones

and

thermal cameras

. Skilled in interpreting construction plans, technical drawings, and legal documentation. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent report-writing and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in survey and mapping software, including

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS

, or equivalent tools. Ability to manage multiple field and office tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Valid

UAE driving license

is mandatory.
