Land Surveyor
with at least2 years of experience in Dubai
to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in surveying equipment and software, and hold aCAD diploma
. Experience working with residential projects in Dubai is essential.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate land surveys and field measurements on residential construction sites. Operate and manage
Total Station
,GPS
, and related surveying equipment. Prepare detailed survey reports, site layouts, and CAD drawings. Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to provide accurate site data and levels. Interpret construction plans and verify alignment, elevation, and dimensions. Maintain proper documentation and ensure all survey activities comply with local regulations.Requirements:
Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or CAD.
Minimum 2 years of land surveying experience in Dubai
, preferably in the residential sector. Proficient inAutoCAD
and other CAD software. Hands-on experience withTotal Station
,GPS
, andsurveying instruments
. Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction practices. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication and reporting skills.Preferred:
UAE driving license. Familiarity with DDA or Trakhees submission requirements is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
