Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Land Surveyor

to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precise land, topographic, and construction-related surveys to support a range of infrastructure and engineering projects. A strong understanding of UAE site conditions, local regulations, and advanced surveying tools is essential. Due to the mobile nature of this role, a

valid UAE driver's license

is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field surveys using Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments to gather accurate spatial data. Prepare and analyze survey drawings, topographic maps, and site layout plans. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure alignment between design intent and actual site conditions. Establish property boundaries, site benchmarks, and reference points across various project sites. Process and interpret collected data using

AutoCAD

,

Civil 3D

, and other surveying software. Verify field measurements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy in reporting and documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE surveying standards, legal codes, and construction regulations. Keep up to date with the latest surveying technology and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on land surveying experience in the UAE.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Civil 3D

, and modern surveying instruments (GPS, Total Station). Strong understanding of civil and architectural drawings and their practical application.

Soft Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

License:

Valid UAE driver's license

is mandatory.
