Land Surveyor (UAE Experience Required)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

Land Surveyor

with a strong background in land and facade surveying in the UAE. This role is vital to ensuring accurate data collection and analysis across land development, construction planning, and building inspections. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with modern surveying equipment and methods, a deep understanding of UAE construction and zoning regulations, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable survey documentation for various project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesLand & Facade Surveying

Conduct detailed

land, topographic, and facade surveys

, accurately measuring boundaries, elevations, and angles. Operate and maintain

advanced surveying instruments

, including

Total Stations, GPS systems, laser scanners

, and

drones

. Assess building facades for verticality, alignment, and structural deviation, particularly in high-rise or architectural envelope systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Compile and analyze field data to prepare

technical drawings, survey maps, and comprehensive reports

for engineering, legal, and planning purposes. Interpret

legal descriptions, maps, zoning documents

, and

architectural drawings

to resolve property or boundary-related challenges. Ensure the application of collected data aligns with project goals and

complies with UAE laws, building codes, and safety regulations

.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with

architects, engineers, contractors, and planning authorities

to integrate survey results into project design and execution. Maintain accurate and organized records, including

field notes, digital logs

, and project documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Provide on-site guidance and verification during project execution phases when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of land and/or facade surveying experience in the UAE

. Strong familiarity with local

construction practices, regulations, and land-use standards

.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on expertise with

Total Stations, GPS/GNSS devices, laser scanning, drones, and thermal imaging tools

. Skilled in

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS platforms

, and other survey-related software.

Analytical Abilities:

High attention to detail with strong

problem-solving and spatial analysis

skills. Proficient in interpreting

technical drawings, site plans, and zoning regulations

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication for effective

reporting, stakeholder coordination
