Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Land Surveyor

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and topographic surveys for construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying tools, GPS technology, and site conditions in the UAE. A valid UAE driver's license is preferred to facilitate site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys and collect accurate spatial data using GPS, total station, and leveling equipment. Prepare and interpret survey drawings, site plans, and topographical maps. Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project alignment with land data. Mark property boundaries and reference points on construction sites to guide project work. Analyze data using CAD software and produce reports for project documentation. Verify the accuracy of survey data and adjust measurements as necessary. Ensure compliance with UAE municipal and legal surveying standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surveying technologies, methods, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in land surveying, preferably within the UAE. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Civil 3D

, and modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings.

Valid UAE driver's license

preferred for fieldwork mobility.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with UAE construction and zoning regulations. Experience working in desert, coastal, or urban environments across the UAE. Knowledge of GIS software is a plus. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
