Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to support our engineering and construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with land and topographic surveys, combined with a strong understanding of local site conditions and regulations. A

valid UAE driver's license

is preferred to facilitate travel between job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Survey Execution:

Conduct precise field surveys using modern instruments such as

GPS

,

Total Station

, and

automatic levels

.

Mapping & Layouts:

Prepare and interpret

survey drawings

,

topographical maps

, and

site layouts

based on collected data.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with

engineers

,

architects

, and

contractors

to ensure survey data supports project requirements accurately.

Site Markings:

Set out property boundaries, elevation benchmarks, and reference points on construction sites.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze spatial data and create CAD-based survey reports, plans, and records using

AutoCAD

and

Civil 3D

.

Quality Assurance:

Verify, adjust, and validate survey data to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all surveying activities comply with

UAE laws

,

zoning regulations

, and

construction standards

.

Technology Integration:

Keep up-to-date with advancements in surveying techniques, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Surveying

,

Civil Engineering

, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years of UAE-based

land surveying experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Civil 3D

, and

surveying equipment

(e.g., Total Station, GPS). Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.

Other Skills:

High attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Time management and ability to work independently or in a team

License:
