Job Summary

We are looking for a

qualified and experienced Land Surveyor

to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing precise land and topographic surveys in support of construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with local regulations and site conditions in the UAE is essential. A valid UAE driver's license is preferred due to the mobile nature of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field surveys using

Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments

to gather spatial data. Prepare and analyze

survey drawings, topographic maps, and site layout plans

. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment of survey data with project specifications. Establish property boundaries, site benchmarks, and reference points on active job sites. Process and interpret data using

AutoCAD, Civil 3D

, and other CAD tools. Verify field measurements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure high accuracy in documentation. Adhere to

UAE surveying laws, codes, and construction standards

. Stay up to date with the latest surveying equipment, software, and methodologies.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:

2-3 years of hands-on land surveying experience in the UAE.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Civil 3D

, and modern survey equipment (GPS, Total Station). Ability to interpret civil and architectural drawings.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication abilities.

License:

Valid UAE driver's license
