Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced

Land Surveyor

with a strong background in land and facade surveying practices specific to the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern surveying technologies, possess in-depth knowledge of local regulations, and be capable of producing highly accurate data and reports to support land development, construction, and facade inspection projects.

Key Responsibilities:Land & Facade Surveying

Conduct land, topographic, and facade surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and structural dimensions. Utilize advanced equipment such as

Total Stations, GPS systems, laser scanners

, and

drones

to collect precise field data. Perform facade inspections and building assessments for alignment, plumbness, and conformity with design specifications.

Technical Reporting & Documentation

Produce detailed

survey reports, maps, CAD drawings

, and legal documentation based on field data. Maintain comprehensive field notes, digital records, and supporting documentation in accordance with UAE industry standards.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all surveying practices comply with

UAE building codes, zoning laws

, and health & safety regulations. Assist in resolving boundary disputes and interpreting land ownership based on cadastral records and legal documents.

Coordination & Field Operations

Collaborate with

architects, engineers, site managers, and consultants

to apply survey data effectively during planning and construction phases. Schedule and manage multiple survey assignments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of fieldwork.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience

in land surveying, with additional exposure to facade-related surveys preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of

surveying tools

(e.g., Total Station, GPS, drones, thermal imaging cameras). Proficient in

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS

, or other mapping/survey software.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

UAE construction laws, zoning regulations, and surveying standards

.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication for report writing and team coordination. Capable of managing time effectively and performing under pressure.

Other Requirements:

Valid UAE Driving License
