Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a

skilled and experienced Land Surveyor

to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing precise

land and topographic surveys

to support construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with

modern surveying instruments, UAE terrain, and local regulations

is essential. A valid UAE driving license is preferred due to frequent site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys using

GPS, Total Station, auto levels

, and other industry-standard equipment. Collect and record accurate spatial data for land development and construction activities. Prepare and interpret

survey drawings, topographical maps

, and site layouts. Establish

property boundaries, benchmarks, and control points

on-site. Collaborate with

engineers, architects, and site supervisors

to ensure survey data aligns with design requirements. Analyze field data and prepare survey reports using

AutoCAD, Civil 3D

, and other software. Review and verify survey data for accuracy, and make necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with

UAE municipal codes, legal standards, and zoning regulations

. Stay current with evolving

surveying techniques, tools, and technologies

.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Land Surveying, Civil Engineering

, or a related discipline.

2-3 years of professional experience

in land surveying, preferably within the UAE. Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD, Civil 3D

, and

surveying equipment

(Total Station, GPS, etc.). Solid understanding of

construction drawings

,

survey reports

, and spatial data interpretation. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Valid UAE driving license is

preferred

for site accessibility and mobility.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with

UAE construction laws, zoning regulations

, and

municipality standards

. Experience surveying in

urban, coastal, or desert environments

. Knowledge of

GIS software

(e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) is an added advantage. Fluency in

English
