Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced

Land Surveyor

with solid expertise in

land and facade surveying

within the

UAE construction sector

. This role requires strong technical knowledge of surveying instruments, a firm grasp of

UAE land and zoning laws

, and experience producing accurate

survey reports

,

drawings

, and

topographic data

used in design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

land, boundary, and topographic surveys

using Total Stations, GPS systems, and laser scanners. Conduct

facade and elevation inspections

, ensuring structural alignment and compliance. Create and maintain detailed

survey maps, CAD drawings, and reports

. Interpret legal documents, site plans, and land titles to define property boundaries. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers for accurate data application. Ensure compliance with

UAE zoning laws

, construction codes, and safety regulations. Maintain survey records, site notes, and digital documentation. Assist in drone-based or thermal inspection tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of land surveying experience in the UAE

is

required

. Proficient in using

Total Station, GPS equipment, laser scanners

, and advanced survey tools. Strong knowledge of

UAE construction codes

,

zoning regulations

, and inspection practices. Skilled in

AutoCAD

,

Civil 3D

, or GIS software for drawing and data interpretation. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Valid

UAE driving license

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with
