Position Summary

We are seeking a

skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor

with proven experience in the UAE, particularly in

land and facade surveying

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise using advanced surveying technologies and a thorough understanding of local construction codes and regulations. This role requires delivering highly accurate survey data and reports critical to land development and building inspection projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Land and Facade Surveys:

Conduct comprehensive land, topographic, and facade surveys to establish property boundaries, elevations, distances, and angles.

Equipment Operation:

Operate and maintain advanced surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS systems, Laser Scanners, drones, and thermal cameras.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Produce detailed maps, survey reports, and drawings based on collected data for use in construction planning and execution.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all survey work complies with UAE land use laws, zoning regulations, and relevant safety standards.

Technical Interpretation:

Review and interpret legal documents, site maps, construction plans, and land records to resolve boundary disputes and validate survey data.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate integration of survey findings.

Documentation:

Maintain thorough field notes, records, and documentation of all survey activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE-based land and facade surveying experience.

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency with Total Stations, GPS, Laser Scanners, and inspection tools such as drones and thermal cameras. Skilled in survey and mapping software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS platforms.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of UAE construction standards, zoning laws, and building regulations.

Key Attributes:

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for report writing and verbal presentation.

Other Requirements:

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
