Position Overview
The Land Surveyor role in Dubai supports the design and construction supervision of major roadway infrastructure projects, including highways, interchanges, bridges, and underpasses. Working under the guidance of the Resident Engineer and Project Manager, this position delivers precise surveying data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality execution across complex transportation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate land surveys for bridges, underpasses, highways, and interchange projects
• Utilize advanced surveying instruments and GPS technology to collect, verify, and analyze site data
• Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, maps, and plans using specialized survey and CAD software
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to provide reliable survey inputs for design and construction
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with RTA standards and local UAE regulations
• Perform quality checks, validations, and verification of survey data and calculations
• Maintain, calibrate, and manage surveying equipment to ensure precision and reliability
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to boundaries, elevations, and alignment issues
• Support construction supervision teams during execution and verification of works
• Stay updated with modern surveying technologies, methods, and industry best practices

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline
• Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor
• Minimum 8 years of experience in land surveying, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in bridge and underpass surveying works
• Prior Middle East or UAE experience is preferred
• RTA pre-approval is required
• Strong proficiency in surveying software, CAD tools, and GPS systems
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to work efficiently in site-based, multidisciplinary teams
