Position Overview
The Land Surveyor role in Dubai supports major transportation and infrastructure projects by delivering precise surveying data and on-site measurement services. This position works closely with engineering and supervision teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality execution across expressways, interchanges, and complex infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surveying works under the guidance of senior survey leadership on infrastructure and highway projects
• Establish horizontal and vertical control points with reference ties for accurate re-establishment
• Record measurements, calculations, and observations accurately in field books
• Coordinate daily activities and priorities with contractor survey teams
• Verify survey accuracy through traverse closures and benchmark circuits
• Report discrepancies, errors, or technical issues to supervision engineers
• Carry out joint measurements for completed works and payment verification
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Support construction supervision activities on expressways, interchanges, and intersections
• Utilize modern surveying instruments, CAD software, and GIS tools for data processing
• Interpret construction drawings and verify alignment with site conditions

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in land surveying
• Strong experience on roads, highways, and infrastructure construction projects
• Proficiency in survey software, CAD applications, and GIS systems
• Solid knowledge of topographic surveying methods and vertical control techniques
• Experience in slope calculations, cross-sections, and quantity estimation
• Familiarity with Dubai and UAE surveying regulations and standards
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and site-based teams
