. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise surveys and measurements to ensure the accurate layout, alignment, and positioning of high-rise structures in compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying instruments.
Perform
vertical and horizontal control surveys
to support high-rise structural alignment.
Provide
accurate layout markings
for foundation, core walls, columns, slabs, and facade elements.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to interpret and implement design drawings on-site.
Ensure that the structural elements are set out within specified tolerances.
Maintain and update surveying records, field books, and digital data files.
Prepare and verify
as-built survey reports
and drawings for project documentation and handover.
Assist in resolving technical issues related to discrepancies in levels, alignment, or positioning.
Monitor movement or deformation in tall structures using appropriate survey techniques and equipment.
Adhere to
local UAE regulations
, building codes, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering
, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
, with
at least 3 years in high-rise building projects
(30+ floors).
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
Civil 3D
, and surveying software (e.g., Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center).
Experience with
Leica, Trimble, or Topcon
surveying instruments.
Strong understanding of
construction methodologies
, particularly in high-rise vertical alignment.
Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
