Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Land Surveyor

to support our interior fit-out projects by ensuring accurate site measurements, layout coordination, and as-built documentation. The Land Surveyor will work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and site teams to ensure precision in all spatial and dimensional aspects of the project.

Degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in surveying, preferably with exposure to interior fit-out or building construction. Proficient in surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Total Station, GPS equipment). Strong knowledge of construction and fit-out methodologies. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication and coordination skills.
