Job Overview:

Our

sister

company is seeking a

skilled Land Surveyor

to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, contributing to landmark projects that shape the region's future.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Surveyor based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will conduct topographic surveys, land surveying, total station work, GPS surveying, building surveying, and other critical tasks to support high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise land surveys for bridges, underpasses, buildings, and diverse infrastructure projects. Utilize advanced tools (e.g., RTK GPS, total stations, drones) to collect and analyze survey data. Prepare detailed reports, maps, and plans using software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar platforms. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver accurate survey data. Ensure compliance with client specifications, UAE regulations, and industry standards. Conduct quality checks to verify survey accuracy and resolve discrepancies in boundaries or elevations. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for optimal performance. Stay updated on emerging surveying technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the MENA region's construction or engineering sector. High proficiency in written and spoken English for clear communication. Experience working with construction teams or project management consultants. Proficiency in AutoCAD, GPS systems, Office 365; familiarity with Civil 3D or GIS tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
