Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct land surveys and measurements for roadworks, utilities, and infrastructure projects. Prepare topographic, boundary, and as-built survey reports and drawings. Establish, maintain, and verify survey control points and benchmarks. Use surveying instruments such as
Total Station, GPS, Auto Level
, and related software. Interpret construction drawings and provide necessary layout information to site engineers. Ensure accuracy in setting out alignments, levels, elevations, and grades for road construction works. Monitor and verify subcontractor's survey works and provide approvals. Maintain proper records of survey data, calculations, and site observations. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying. Minimum
4 years of experience
in land surveying withinroads and construction projects
. Proficiency inAutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software
. Strong knowledge of survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level). Good understanding of road alignments, levels, and earthworks. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
